I had a lovely stay at Wingate By Wyndham Horn Lake Southaven. The continental breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of fresh options, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The location made exploring the Memphis area very convenient, just a short drive to Graceland.

The room was clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds that made for a restful sleep.

Family with children not recommended

The staff at the front desk seemed attentive and tried to help out with problems, and they quickly responded to noise complaints next door, restoring our peace pretty fast.

It wasn't cheap but was still acceptable considering the many issues we encountered that made the stay frustrating.

Convenient location and a comfortable bed were the only redeeming aspects of the stay. However, issues like the pool door not opening from the outside and housekeeping mismanagement led to significant frustration. The breakfast selection was limited on some days, leaving a lot to be desired, especially for a hotel that aims for better service. These problems overshadowed the few positives, making it less than ideal for our needs.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially taking advantage of the game room and the cozy lounge where I could unwind after a long day. While the pool was a nice touch, I did notice that the elevator was a bit slow during busy times. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a fun and relaxing getaway! 😊

Additionally, the various fees upon check-in, like the deposit and pre-payment, seemed excessive and detracted from the overall value of the stay.

I stayed for a night in a double room. Location was solid, and I loved the pool! Breakfast was pretty good too. One thing tho—had some issues with noise from the parking lot. Walls could use a little more soundproofing.
